Due to repeated customer requests, Hortifeeds have developed not just one, but two specially formulated powder feed mixes for crops grown in Hydroponic substrate (e.g. Rockwool, Perlite or NFT).
Both formulations have been developed after extensive trials work under U.K. conditions, and are currently in wide commercial use. The two mixes available are:
Standard Mix
For hydroponic cultivation of Tomatoes, Peppers, Cucumbers and other salads.
High P Mix
A new formulation for crops requiring high Phosphate and Trace Element input, but low feed EC. Ideal for melons, cut flowers and soft fruit.

Both Horti-Ponic mixes are packed in easy to handle 20 kg bags. Due to customer demand, we do not add dye to these feeds.
As a free service, we also provide a nutrient feed recipe tailored to water supply. Based on a lab analysis of the water in your local area and the crop you are intending to grow, Hortifeeds will provide an exact, bespoke feed recipe.

HortiPonic Trace Element Supplement
For growers making up feeds from straight fertilisers, Hortifeeds have formulated a convenient, ready-mixed trace element supplement available in dry powder or liquid form.
Horti-Ponic Trace Element Supplement has the following analysis:

This formulation has been used successfully on a wide range of soil grown and Hydroponically cultivated crops, both in the U.K. and overseas.
Horti-Ponic Liquid Trace Element Supplement is packed in 10 litre plastic cans (2 per outer), or in non-returnable 200 litre barrels. Powder formulations are supplied in 10 kg bags.
